Associate Manager - Chartered Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled individual to join our team as an EPR (Extended producer responsibility) & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Excel, report preparation, stakeholder management, and technical proficiency in areas related to environmental sustainability. This role will involve managing internal and client-facing operations, utilizing tools such as Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Candidates with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience, particularly in Big 4s & related industries, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Experience: Conduct Internal and Statutory Audit.

2. Data Analysis: Interpret EPR & ESG data using advanced techniques.

3. Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

4. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on EPR & ESG performance.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to align on EPR & ESG goals.

6. Leadership: Manage EPR & ESG operations, ensuring timely delivery.

7. Technical Knowledge: Understand environmental sustainability principles.

8. Team Management: Lead and support a team of professionals.

9. Client Interaction: Provide tailored EPR & ESG solutions to clients.

10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on environmental laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Chartered Accountant /Bachelor’s in environmental science, Sustainability, or related field.

- Experience: 1.5+ years in EPR & ESG- Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, analytical skills, and familiarity with Power BI.
